Granite Development - Welcome
The Granite Companies are very proud to be luxury home builders and custom remodelers in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers.  The foundation of our approach to quality construction starts with the architectural design and the premium materials selected to build our homes.  We team with superior Architects, award-winning Interior Design experts and a skilled group of Subcontractors to assure quality in our construction.  Each step of the construction process is closely monitored by our experienced Staff of hands-on personnel.  We select materials and products that assure quality for the long term with an emphasis on minimizing future homeowner maintenance.

Together, Granite Development LLC and Granite Construction Limited, our construction company, have built Aurora Award winning homes in Pelican Landing, Pinnacle Award winning homes in Renaissance, and Sand Dollar Award winning homes in Sabal Lake.  We are now offering several new designs by some of Southwest Florida’s best Architects in the Fort Myers community of The Club at Renaissance.

Granite Development LLC was formed in 1993 as a subsidiary of our holding company Relleum, Inc to develop residential communities in Southwest Florida.  At Relleum, Inc’s direction, Granite acquired and developed Sabal Lake, a 177 unit single family community in Naples, Florida.  Sabal Lake was completed in mid-2001.  Granite is now active in many of the finest communities in Southwest Florida including Audubon, Aqualane Shores, Bay Colony, Collier’s Reserve, Grey Oaks, Pelican Landing, Renaissance and The Vineyards.
